Kirin Kennedy

Managing Partner

Kirin leads strategy for organizational development, advocacy campaigns, coalition building, and government relations - focusing on environmental and natural resources policy. A veteran executive in climate policy, public affairs, and organizational leadership, Kirin brings more than 15 years of experience driving systems-level change at the intersection of sustainability, governance, and equity. Kirin held senior positions across government, advocacy, and nonprofit sectors, including building the federal presence on Capitol Hill and strengthening national climate strategy as the Senior Advisor at the Southern Environmental Law Center and as a Senior Professional Staff Member for the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, where she authored and negotiated landmark climate and forestry provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act, securing $5 billion in climate-smart forestry investments. Her work has been featured in The Hill, PBS, NPR, and The New York Times. Kirin holds a B.S. in Geography (Physical and Environmental) from The Pennsylvania State University and has completed executive training at Yale University’s Women’s Campaign School and The Management Center.
